WEDNESDAY - CLASS MOSAIC
I can build a section of a larger picture.
1. Typing Club - Focus on using the correct hand each time.
2. As a class, we are going to make our own mosaic by each person completing one part of a bigger picture. You will get a 16x16 flat and a paper with a design on it. You build the design and then we will put all the pieces together like a puzzle and we will have a picture. One 2x2 brick will represent 1 square on the piece of paper.
Turn in your flat when finished along with the paper.
3. Continue to work on Number Skills.
THURSDAY - HOW TO CATCH A TURKEY
I can build something to trap a turkey.
1. Listen to the story, How to Catch a Turkey.
2. STEM Challenge. Using Lego, build a trap or cage to catch a turkey. We don't want him getting away. Work as a team or build by yourself. Show the teacher when you are finished. We need to make sure the turkey will fit inside your design.
3. Make sure you are working on Number Skills this year.
