MONDAY - INTRO TO 3D PRINTING

1. We will watch the video about 3D printing.
2. Get your journals. Record the following information into your journal.
ASK: I will create a snowflake to be 3d printed.
IMAGINE:
SUPPLIES: I will use the online program, Tinkercad, to create my snowflake design.
BRAINSTORM/RESEARCH: I will practice making snowflake designs online and watch a video about how snowflakes are formed.
3. Update your journals from the previous challenges and add any photos that I may have for you.
4. Watch the video below, then you may do the activities to practice different snowflake designs.
5. Log off. Organize your computer area. Line up on your circle when it is time to go.
TUESDAY - TINKERCAD TUTORIALS
I can learn how to use Tinkercad.
1. How many sides does a snowflake have? What else is special about them?
2. Tinkercad. Click on the button below. Then use your Nickname to log in.

WEDNESDAY - 3D DESIGN CHALLENGE
I can learn to design in a 3D program.
1. Go back to Tinkercad. Open your file from yesterday. Continue to work on your snowflake.
2. When you are finished, let Mrs. Masterson know. Then you can do the activities below or you can do more Tinkercad lessons.
3. Try these shape activities below.
4. Log off. Organize your computer area. Line up on your circle when it is time to go.

1. Typing club. Remember your user name is inside your name tag. There is NO password needed.

FRIDAY - 3D PRINTING & FREE FUN FRIDAY
I can use new skills to make a 3D design.
1. Finish your designs and put them on a flash drive. You may work in the Tinkercad program to create something special. I cannot promise when it will get printed, if ever, but you can always learn.
2. Make sure you have your journal up to date as much as possible. Then you can have free time on my website.
